Legit rest day.
Rest day was intense today. Woke up at 3:30am and went back to sleep hard. Up again a little before 6:30am and felt rested but couldn't move because of the weighted blanket. Took my time getting out of bed. Knocked my garmin watch off the bedside table reaching for my normal watch.
Rest felt good this week.
I won't lie, it helps having it so cold out. I mean, yeah it makes me look tough running in subzero weather, but it's not what I would choose.
Marathon pace run tomorrow. Going into it feeling strong.
