Workouts are confusing
2mi wu, 4x(1.5mi MP-10sec, 800m recovery) 2mi cd
The workout guidance on my watch was out of sync with my expectations. This resulted in a rocky start to a tough work out. I programed it for 1 mile warm up when it should have been two. Things eventually worked out, because of the other pace widget, but made for a little bit of a mental challenge I didn't need on top of the workout itself. I'm pretty confident I maintained appropriate pace (~7:04), but might have been off a little. These things happen. My watch is my training partner and it is only as good as the person that programs it (yours truly). The consolation is that it is warm and dry. Traits I do not take for granted and am very grateful for.
Once again I reach my rest day very tired but proud of the week.
