slept real good last night.
I got a full 7 hours 59 minutes of sleep last night. Completely recharged my body battery. It is a small miracle. I can't think of the last time I legitimately slept that late. Maybe on vacation this past summer? Usually even when I have a rest day I'll wake up in the middle of the night. My alarm woke me from a dream I can't really remember now (of course). I can see how training would be much more tolerable (fun?) if I could get 8 hours of sleep every night and then go out and run 11-16 miles.
